GSCM Leadership Talk #11 – Leading through Engagement
“GSCM Leadership Talk #11 – Leading through Engagement –Global Air Cargo Terminal Business Landscape and Environmental Sustainability” organized by the Master of Science in Global Supply Chain Management Programme (MSc-GSCM), The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong (HSUHK), co-organized by Supply Chain Excellence and Innovation Centre (SEIC), and Hong Kong Institute of Engineers (HKIE) – Logistics and Transport Division, was held on 3 April 2025 (Thursday) at the Fung Yiu King Hall, HSUHK Campus.
The seminar attracted over 100 students and industry practitioners to participate. Mr Wilson Kwong, Chief Executive of Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Limited (Hactl), was invited to share his insights on the Growing World-leading Cargo Hub with Innovative Technology and Sustainability Initiatives under Dynamic Business Landscape.
Following Wilson’s sharing, a theme discussion session was moderated by Dr Eugene WONG, Associate Professor of HSUHK, and Dr Collin WONG, Associate Professor of HSUHK. During the discussion, Mr Kwong shared the strategies for leading and sustaining air cargo terminals in local, regional and global perspectives and his insight on the infrastructure development and integration with Greater Bay Area. Participants gained a lot from this valuable sharing in the Global Supply Chain Management Leadership Talk.
