  • Programme Learning Outcome

    Upon completion of the Programme, students should be able to:

    • Critically evaluate an organisation’s positioning and strategies of digital technologies in a dynamically challenging business environment;
    • Consolidate interdisciplinary knowledge and manage decision making processes in innovation and operations that involve complexity, uncertainty and organisational issues;
    • Design and develop business solutions for product and service innovation and process transformation;
    • Formulate technological solutions to solve complex operations management problems for reduction of human error, better cost control, and quality and experience enhancement;
    • Utilise technology management methods and decision analytics techniques to formulate policy based on organisational data for gaining insights;
    • Adopt a wide range of software that enhances global operations and/or organisational performance with visualization.
