Career Talk – Expeditors International
In April 2025, the Department of Supply Chain and Information Management invited Expeditors International (EI), a leading logistics company, to conduct a career talk on campus. The event provided students with insights into the company, internship and full-time job opportunities, as well as industry trends, attracting over 90 participants.
Expeditors International is a globally renowned logistics and freight forwarding firm, offering air and ocean freight services, customs brokerage, and supply chain solutions across 100+ countries. Over the years, it has provided numerous internship and graduate positions, attracting top talent.
During the seminar, EI representatives detailed the company’s business scope, job requirements, and recruitment processes. Following the presentation, they engaged in small-group discussions with students, allowing for direct interaction to address questions about the company and career opportunities. Students actively participated, asking insightful questions about industry trends and job expectations.
This seminar equipped students with valuable logistics industry and corporate insights, helping them plan their career paths, prepare in advance, and stand out in their future logistics careers.
