“Digital Leadership Talk Series – Harnessing Analytics for Global Operations Optimization: Strategies, Challenges, and Future Directions” organized by the Master of Science in Digital Innovation and Technology Management (MSc-DITM), The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong (HSUHK), was held on 13 Sep 2025 (Sat) HSUHK Campus.
Mr Lionel Wong, Supply Chain Director of VF Corporation was invited to share his insights on practical ways to define strategies and use AI to optimize global operations.
Mr Wong offered a strategic overview of investment in talents and systems, emphasizing on the integration of modern data platforms and human intelligence can improve visibility and decision-making across supply chains, production, and customer operations. He also examined the practical hurdles organizations face and outlined approaches to deliver measurable value.
Participants gained a lot from this valuable sharing in the digital leadership talk.
