Maritime and Aviation Logistics Law Seminar 1
HSMC invited Professor Anselmo Reyes as the guest speaker for a professional seminar held by the Department of Supply Chain and Information Management on 30 Mar 2017 with topic “Half-year Aftermath of Hanjin Shipping–Cross-border insolvency, Legal dispute settlement and Insurance claims”. Professor Reyes shared his views on his previous case “The Convenience Container” and elaborated on the latest development of Modified Universalism and Centre of main interest in cross-border insolvency. Professor Reyes and the participants exchanged views on the recent legal and claim issues in the Hanjin cross-border insolvency case. Participants enjoyed greatly by the sharing by Professor Reyes.
