Excellence Award in the Innovation · Zero- Missing Part Challenge 2025
Global toy industry leader Mattel successfully hosted the “Innovation · Zero-Missing Part Challenge 2025” Lego building competition on 6 June 2025. A Team of BMSIM Year 4 students (Ivan Lam, Isacc Li, Jack Liu, Joe Pong, Yoyo Poon) competed with other nine elite university teams from mainland China and Hong Kong in the event. The participating teams strive to propose a conceptual design ready for development and implementation in production to achieve the goal.
With the concerted effort, the BMSIM team completed the event and was awarded the Excellence Award.
