A total of 20 students taking the module Shipping and Transport Logistics participated in the visit. Representatives from Cathay Pacific explained about the outlook and facilities of the terminal with the use of a miniature architectural model. The participants then toured the control room, automated storage and retrieval system, container handling system, livestock storage, and various facilities in the terminal. After the visit, students mentioned they had gained a lot during from the tour.
