The seminar of “Smart Supply Chain Decision Analytics” was held on 19 August 2022 for scholars, practitioners and students to explore the latest smart decision analytics for supply chain management.

This seminar was kick-off by the Director of Big data Intelligence Centre, Dr. Cathy lam and Associate Dean (Teaching and Learning) of School of Decision Sciences, Dr. Daniel Mo to welcome all participants and the guest speakers.  The seminar attracted more than 40 participants to exchange innovation ideas through the online platform.  


Our guest speakers are – Dr. Tang Yuk Ming (Deputy Lab-in-charge from PolyU), Mr. Frank Lau (Managing Director of Greater China at Qlik) and Dr. Rocky Lam (Business Director at Vantis Consulting Group).  Their sharing topics of “Future technologies for smart supply chain and management”, “Smart supply chain business intelligence” and “Meta supply chain – sales and operations planning” for our students to gain valuable management insights and prepare for their future development on intelligent supply chain management.



Overall, the seminar had been held successfully with a fruitful learning experience for our students with positive feedbacks.
