Mr Ricky Tse is a seasoned director with over 25 years of experience in the maritime industry, specializing in ship owning, shipping finance & investment, and ship management across the dry bulk, tanker, and container sectors. His career spans both publicly listed and family-owned shipping organizations, demonstrating expertise in financial planning, asset acquisition, commercial negotiation, and portfolio management.

He currently serves as Associate Director of a family-owned downstream oil & gas distributor, as well as a manufacturer and retailer of marine and automotive lubricants in the Asia Pacific region. In this role, Ricky oversees Corporate Finance, Treasury, Human Resources, and Insurance & Claims functional divisions. He also serves as a board member of the group companies, where he is responsible for corporate governance, business planning, and development initiatives.

Ricky holds an MBA, an MSc in Global Finance, and a BSc in International Supply Chain & Shipping Management. He is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) licensed in the Australia and a Chartered Member (CMILT) of The Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport – Hong Kong.
