Mr Ricky Tse is a seasoned finance executive with over 25 years of experience in the maritime industry across dry bulk, tanker and container sectors. Demonstrated track record in listed and family-owned shipping groups, with responsibilities including strategic planning & development, treasury management, and portfolio management. Proven ability to align business objectives with cost-effective capital allocation to improve asset yields.

He currently serves as CFO of a private ship‑owning company, providing strategic and financial leadership. In this role, he structures and manages a robust debt and capital framework to support the company’s sustainable growth, while cultivating long‑term partnerships with financiers and key counterparties.

Ricky holds an MBA from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Master’s degree in Global Finance jointly awarded by the NYU Stern School of Business and HKUST Business School.
