Genuinely interested in Decision Sciences, Timothy has received his education in several related areas.  Believing that learning and teaching enhance each other for better development and learning of younger generations, Timothy has more than twenty years teaching experience at different higher education institutes in Hong Kong, responsible for various Decision Sciences related courses before joining the Department of Supply Chain and Information Management where he will continue to humbly learn from and sincerely share with his students (and colleagues) as learning is a life-long continuing growth process which Timothy would like to help and support his students at his best.
