Ms. Memory Chiu received her BSc and MSc in Computer Science from the University of Victoria, Canada. She had completed a full certificate in Oracle DBA.  Prior to working in academia in Hong Kong, she had worked in the IT industry and government in Canada for more than ten years. Memory has experience in Blockchain R&D. She has experience in organizing international conferences, study tours and university competitions, leading her students to win prizes in Hackathon and Wuxi competitions. Memory also has extensive experience in managing STEAM service learning for local primary and secondary school education.
