Mr Poon graduated from the Hang Seng University of Hong Kong with an MSc in Global Supply Chain Management and a BSc in Mathematics from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Mr Poon has over 20 years of experience in the aviation industry, including flight operations, flight dispatch, navigation, aircraft performance, airline operation control, cargo hub operations and customer services. He also has extended experience in internal training and teaching in local tertiary education institutes.
