Dr. Lo holds a Doctor of Philosophy with research focus on innovation management, Master of Science in Engineering Management, Master of Arts in English, and Bachelor of Manufacturing Engineering.  He is also a Certified Management Consultant, National Corporate Trainer, NLP Practitioner, RCC Corporate Coach, Action Learning Coach and Registered Lean Management Manager.  

Dr. Lo is currently General Manager and Principal Consultant of WeBoost Consulting and has over 22 years management consulting and training experience.  He had provided services to companies from different industries, associations, NGOs and government offices.  His scope of services includes Hong Kong, the Mainland, Macao and South East Asia.  Before establishing his own business, Dr. Lo was a senior consultant of Hong Kong Productivity Council and had also been appointed as General Manager of HKPC subsidiaries (Dongguan and Shenzhen) in the mainland China from 2009-2012.  

Recently, Dr. Lo focuses on the services of helping Hong Kong enterprises entering the mainland market by applying digital tools and implementing relevant business model innovation.
