Stephen has over 30 years experience in the field of training and consulting services.  He joined the Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) as a consultant in 1988.  Since then, Stephen worked as business advisor of its clients in heading for better performance and control in quality and business operations through delivering business solution, consultancy services and customized training packages.

During his years as a management consultant, Stephen worked as a business advisor, an independent auditor and a change agent of its clients in heading for better performance, and control in quality and business operations through process audits, formulation of business solutions, and delivery of consultancy services and customized training packages.  These clients included government departments and companies in chemical, construction, electronics, food and beverages, printing, property management, shipping, trading, and many more.

Besides, Stephen also shared his know-how and experience in quality and operations management with students at different levels by delivering classes in training and educational institutions.

Stephen graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 1988 with a Higher Diploma in Production and Industrial Engineering; from the University of Warwick in 1995 with a Master of Science in Engineering Business Management; and from the Tarlac State University in 2012 with a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration.

Stephen was also a Certified Financial Planner and had been working with Manulife (Hong Kong) between 2006 and 2009.
