The Department of Supply Chain and Information Management co-organized a recruitment talk with Tradelink Electronic Commerce Limited (Tradelink) and Singapore Post on 9 March 2023. The company representatives introduced their business and promotion opportunities to the students. It gave the participating students a deeper understanding of the company and the career prospects of the industry.

Ms Zita Chow, a graduate of the Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) in Supply Chain Management (BBA-SCM) Programme, is currently working at Tradelink. She was invited to share her working experience and career planning with BBA-SCM and BMSIM students. Zita recalled that she had no confidence when she first joined Tradelink as a Sale Coordinator. Nevertheless, as she acquired fundamental business and supply chain knowledge and skills during her university life, with encouragement from her colleagues, she was able to apply what she had learnt. The sharing is fruitful for students to better understand the job opportunities in e-commerce sector and recent development of digital solutions for business.
