HSUHK X SCMP Entrepreneurship Challenge 2019 (E-Challenge) is an entrepreneurial idea competition organised by jointly the Wu Jieh Yee Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (WUCIE) and the Department of Marketing of HSUHK together with South China Morning Post (SCMP).

The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport in Hong Kong (CILTHK) hosts the annual Student Day with missions to raise young people’s concern about the current issues of logistics and transport in Hong Kong, and to encourage them to develop their future career in related industries. This year, the CILTHK, collaborating with The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), held the Student Day on 2 Mar 2019 at CUHK.

The Hong Kong Logistics Case Competition 2019 was held between 22 and 24 February 2019 aiming at promoting practical problem-solving skill and creative thinking capability of our post-secondary logistics students. It is a team-based case competition in a simulated business reality where students need to resolve work place problem and enhance their career development.　

A team formed by five BMSIM students was the second runner-up in the DataDevelop 2019 Student Case Competition on 26 Jan 2019. The team members were FAN Pak Hei, SIN Ka Yan, TING Siu Hung, WONG Kin Fung and YIU Yung Chi.

Two BBA-SCM students: Chan Chin Ki and Cheung Yukyi Joey teamed up with three students from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and took the Championship in a student competition.

A team formed by four BBA-SCM Year 4 students was first runner-up in the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport in Hong Kong – Pitch Competition 2018. We are delighted to share with you that students of our Bachelor of Management Science and Information Management (BMSIM) programme won the second-runner up in DataDevelop 2018 Student Case Competition on 10 February 2018 which was open to local tertiary institutions.
