The SCM Game Day Cum Department Personal Tutor Meeting was held on 16 Mar 2023.
BBA-SCM and BMSIM students played different games with SCM academic staff and shared their learning experiences and HSU life with their personal tutors. This is a wonderful opportunity for students to build up friendships with other SCM students, foster a good relationship with academic staff and have a joyful time while playing games.

Recruitment Talk - Tradelink Electronic Commerce Limited and Singapore Post

The Department of Supply Chain and Information Management co-organized a recruitment talk with Tradelink Electronic Commerce Limited (Tradelink) and Singapore Post on 9 March 2023. The company representatives introduced their business and promotion opportunities to the students. It gave the participating students a deeper understanding of the company and the career prospects of the industry.

Company Visit to DHL IT Department

The Department of Supply Chain and Information Management led over 40 students to visit to the IT Department of DHL on 24 November 2022 (Thursday). The Vice President of DHL IT Department, Judy Ip, shared the latest information about the IT trend and the role of information technology in supply chain management.

Visit to Hongkong International Terminals (HIT)

Three visits to the Hongkong International Terminals Limited (HIT) have been organized on 6 October 2022 (Thursday), 17 November 2022 (Thursday) and 24 November 2022 (Thursday). HIT is one of the members in Hutchison Ports with global network of port and logistics operations. The representatives of HIT have shared the latest development of the port and guided the participants in touring the container yard after the briefing. A total of 50 participants joined the event. Students learned a lot during the tour. A souvenir has been presented to HIT and a group photo has been taken at the end of the visit.
